Links to sites of people, groups and municipalities in Springfield and Central Illinois: City of Springfield, CWLP's Smart Energy Forum : CWLP welcomes input and ideas to help shape the most effective and desirable energy conservation programs. These programs will be good for the environment and will yield a cost savings on our customers' utility bills. In order to make it as easy as possible to gather ideas and suggestions, CWLP has established this Smart Energy Forum to reach out directly to the community. Illinois Stewardship Alliance: ISA is a citizens' organization that promotes a safe and nutritious food system, family farming, and healthy communities by advocating diverse, humane, and socially just and ecologically sustainable production and marketing practices.
